Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the apparel is free of pet hair and odors, then place it back in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
